Ordering

Everything shown in the on-line shop section of the web site is available immediately and can be ordered by clicking the “Buy” button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping click the “Checkout” button to confirm the order and enter your details. If you prefer not to order on-line you can e-mail me at karl@karlrobinson.co.uk or phone me on 0208 560 3048. 

Payment

You can pay for your order using PayPal or ,if you are within the U.K. by cheque/Postal order.

If paying by PayPal please select “PayPal” as the payment method in the checkout and you will be automatically sent to the PayPal site. You can now use PayPal to make payments even if you don’t have a PayPal account.    

If paying by cheque please select “Cheque” as the payment method in the checkout. Please make cheques payable to “K.Robinson” and send it with a note of what you are ordering to :

If you would like an email confirming that your order has been posted, please include your email address.

Delivery

Once payment has been received your order will be posted – usually within 2 days - by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and you will receive an e-mail to let you know it’s been sent. You should receive your order within 2 days of posting, but if after 5 days you haven’t received it please let me know. Overseas posting takes longer.

The postage cost is based on the total order price and is as follows:

Orders upto £40 – £2.50
Orders upto £100 - £3.50
Orders over £100 - £6.00

There is no additional postage costs for overseas customers.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 14 days. As long as the item is in a saleable condition, I will  refund the full cost including the postage. Please note that return postage is at your expense and no responsibility can be taken for items lost in the post when being returned.

 In the unlikely event that you are returning an item because of a fault I will also refund the cost of the return postage.
