These bags are made from vegetable tanned calf skins that have been dyed using period dyes and they are made entirely by hand. The design for this bag comes from a number of illustrations and is a typical style of shoulder bag between the 14th and 17th centuries. They have gussets stitched into the sides which makes more room inside the bag
The bag is 11 inches wide, 10 inches long and 3 1/2 inches deep (27 x 25 x 8cm).
